72-Hour Extended Operation

A deep-cover operation spanning three days across Sandpoint and the surrounding Lake Pend Oreille region. Your team embeds in the community, builds cover identities, and executes multi-phase objectives. Includes overnight surveillance rotations, watercraft operations, mountain terrain, and a final extraction under pressure.

STEP 2 — LIABILITY WAIVER

Participant Liability Waiver & Assumption of Risk

EYES ONLY operates live-action spy scenarios that involve physical activity across varied terrain including urban streets, forested areas, waterfront, and mountainous regions in and around Sandpoint, Idaho.

1. ASSUMPTION OF RISK: I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation, including but not limited to: physical exertion, uneven terrain, weather exposure, water hazards, encounters with wildlife, vehicular traffic, and interactions with actors/NPCs during scenario play.

2. RELEASE AND WAIVER: I, on behalf of myself, my heirs, executors, and assigns, hereby release, waive, and forever discharge EYES ONLY LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, volunteers, and partner businesses from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of my participation.

3. MEDICAL ACKNOWLEDGMENT: I certify that I am physically fit to participate and have no medical conditions that would prevent safe participation. I authorize emergency medical treatment if necessary.

4. PHOTO/VIDEO RELEASE: I grant EYES ONLY permission to use photographs, video, and audio recordings of my participation for promotional purposes.

5. GOVERNING LAW: This waiver is governed by the laws of the State of Idaho. Any disputes shall be resolved in Bonner County, Idaho.
